Privacy Policy
H.O.R.D.E.™ is a coaching operations platform for teams, schools, and athletic programs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when customers use the platform.
Information We Collect
Depending on the features enabled for a customer, H.O.R.D.E.™ may process limited staff and player information such as names, email addresses, roster details, jersey numbers, positions, grade/year, team assignments, practice planning data, formations, uploaded film, film markers, screenshots, and notes added by authorized coaches or administrators.
How We Use Information
- Provide roster, practice, week, assignment, formation, packet, import, and film room features.
- Allow authorized staff to manage users, team branding, and customer setup.
- Generate coaching materials such as packets, screenshots, clips, and practice-related outputs.
- Send account setup, password setup, demo follow-up, and customer support emails when enabled.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
Student and Player Data
H.O.R.D.E.™ is intended for use by schools, teams, staff, coaches, and authorized administrators. The platform is not designed for direct self-registration by children. Customers are responsible for making sure they have the proper authority, notices, and permissions to upload or manage player information, especially when players are minors.
Sharing
We do not sell player data. We may use trusted service providers, such as cloud hosting or email delivery providers, only as needed to operate the platform. Customer data is not used for behavioral advertising.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the platform, including authenticated access, role-based controls, tenant separation, and controlled administrative access. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should use strong passwords and limit access to authorized staff.
Data Retention and Deletion
Customer data is retained while the customer account is active or as needed to provide the service. Customers may request export, correction, or deletion of their data, subject to operational, legal, and backup requirements.
