Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of H.O.R.D.E.™, a coaching operations platform for teams, schools, athletic programs, and authorized staff.
Authorized Use
Customers are responsible for controlling who has access to their tenant, assigning appropriate roles, and ensuring the platform is used only for legitimate coaching, team management, practice planning, roster, formation, packet, and film review purposes.
Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate user access and remove users who no longer need access.
- Upload only data, film, images, and materials they are authorized to use.
- Obtain any required parent, guardian, school, district, league, or organizational approvals before entering player data or film.
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, school policies, athletic policies, and data privacy obligations.
Platform Access and Tiers
H.O.R.D.E.™ features may be enabled or disabled by tenant tier or customer configuration. Admin tools are available for customer setup, branding, and import workflows, while certain modules such as assignments, formations, packets, and film functions may depend on the selected plan.
Content Ownership
Customers retain responsibility for their uploaded data, film, screenshots, notes, and coaching materials. H.O.R.D.E.™ may process that content only to provide and support the platform.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate another person’s rights, or use the platform for purposes unrelated to authorized team or program operations.
Availability and Changes
The platform may change over time as features are improved, added, or adjusted. H.O.R.D.E.™ may perform maintenance, updates, or security changes as needed.
No Guarantee of Athletic Results
H.O.R.D.E.™ is a workflow and teaching tool. It does not guarantee wins, player performance, injury prevention, eligibility decisions, or athletic outcomes.
